  1. Designed to enhance identification, access to, and engagement in behavioral health treatment for pregnant women and mothers with children under the age of one who are at high risk for maternal depression. 
  2. Focuses on women enrolled in HealthChoices Program in Allegheny County or who children are enrolled in the program.
